Horrible Customer Service Experience
Horrible customer experience. I placed an order (a Christmas gift) within their Christmas delivery guarantee (on December 12th). I repeatedly got in touch to ask for help in resolving the issue that my order was not going to get to me on time and received 0 assistance/proactivity to fix the issue. Safe to say, they totally ruined my Christmas gift for my sister. My order did not get here, despite the guarantee (false advertising) and having payed 30$ for shipping. It’s been over 2 weeks now and there is no sign of my order and no one has gotten back to me to rectify this situation. If only I had come to this website beforehand, I would never have ordered from them. Avoid at all costs. (Check out Polene or Demellier).

Unprofessional customer service
I have ordered bag and belt at the end of July. The belt I have received was wrong colour and model, therefore I returned it straight away. They received the belt on 9th August and according to the return policy it takes 30 days for refund. I have sent them couple of emails, usually they answer with delay or once they didn't even answer. It's been one month and a half now and still no refund. I would definitely not advise anyone to place an order online and this experience shows complete unprofessional dealing with customers.

I ordered 2 bags from the summer sale…
I ordered 2 bags from the summer sale for my mom and I. The bags arrived in a shoe box and the box was barely closed. The lack of care in the packing was really telling. The metal on the bag was not covered with a sticker as all companies would do to protect it, so the metal hardware already scratched. It was like they grabbed it off the shelf and threw it in a thin box. Really disappointed

Very disappointed about my new purchase,loved it at first until I found in the inside pocket MADE IN CHINA.
Sent an email asking customer service about the sleazy description not mentioned about where it’s made
For the price tou pay go elsewhere, Polène is made in Spain, same price

Very bad experience at coccinelle
if i could i would've given them minus stars, because that's how much they deserve it! I bought a bag from them 3 weeks ago when it was on holiday discount, and now it's 10% cheaper than the price i paid. I sent the customer service email and all the response i got is "at this moment they do not offer price adjustment/match on our online store". The customer service sounded very arrogant and cocky in my ears and the way they playing with the "discount" trick just fools customer like a idiot!
Very bad experience!

Avoid. Coccinelle is totally incompetent. Absolutely awful.
Coccinelle is the scummiest company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Bought a handbag for my partners birthday. Paid extra for next day delivery. Note that all of their products ship from Italy. I live in London. What actually ended up happening is that I painfully watched UPS tracking for 3 weeks, where day after day UPS would report problems with the shipment, and Coccinelle made absolutely no attempt to resolve them. Eventually UPS got so fed up that they returned my order to Coccinelle, and then Coccinelle cancelled it entirely. No attempt by Coccinelle to try to resolve it. I wasted so much time and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Ruined my partner's birthday. Look at the woeful experience I had below (my tracking history). It's in reverse order.

Worst shopping experience ever
Worst online shopping experience ever. Very bad, frustrating and disappointing. Terrible customer service. Delivery took ages, no answers from customer service (unless you threaten to go on social media), and still waiting for the refund of the returned items one month after having sent them!!!! Customer service not answering. I will have to pass the dispute to American Express.
Avoid!

Very slow delivery even paying for express
Ordered 2 bags for my wife and paid for express delivery. Had to chase several times. Eventually took 11 days. Coccinelle customer service were completely unrepentant and couldn’t have cared less. Will advise not using them

Horrible customer service
Please don't buy from this company . I tried to cancel a order on Monday that I literally put in on Sunday the day before, there is no UK customer service line just live chat with two amateurs who are not helpful at all. I actually had to call Italy myself and I was told I need to wait for an email from the department to cancel the order. I never received an email and by the evening I receive an email from FedEx that the order is being shipped. So I will now have to go through the whole returns process. Its a joke. I will never ever shop there again. I actually don't know how they run their business with this type of customer service.

This is hands-down the worst shopping…
This is hands-down the worst shopping experience of my entire life. My boyfriend ordered a bag for me as a valentines gift. The bag was a specific item I liked. The item was supposed to arrive on feb 16th. On the 18th we look at the tracking number - the shipment is marked as still on hold in Milan. The order was made on feb 6. They send it after this reminder. They mess up the recipient name on the customs form, hence another week’s delay. The bag arrives. It’s a completely different bag. Different size, different shape, different color. Help desk goes missing for a few days despite daily emails. Moreover, there was no return form attached to the invoice. The invoice is for the right bag, the bag that’s arrived isn’t even on the website and looks like a model from a few years back, they don’t even use this type of lock any more. Scam website if you ask me, probably just trying to get rid of their backlog inventory at new season’s prices.

Ok my wife got a coccinelle bag but the…
Ok my wife got a coccinelle bag but the same day it broke already (a screw came out). We bought it on Sardinia in an official coccinelle dealer store with receipt. Afterwards (same day) we went to fly back home, so no time to go back to this store.

Back home I contacted their helpdesk. They promised to send us a spare part. (because it was easy to repair, and I didnt need to send the bag back). Never got the part even when they promised many times. After a while they didn't respond anymore. A 300 Euro bag and they cant send us a simple small screw??!! Shame on this company! Fancy commercials playing luxury but NO SERVICE. Never buy this brand. Even the Chinese give a better service.
